We eat every silvester in the fiamma restaurant and have always enjoyed eating. but in the last few years there was no atmosphere and there was no buffet just a la carte. during this visit we had the choice either the...buffet or the a la carte menu. we chose the buffet dinner this time and we were not disappointed; it was great. our table was beautifully decorated with crackers, a small partybox with a ballon, whistle, party pokers etc. and a nice card wish us a happy new year that was a beautiful surprise. the food was delicious with pork and bark meat with bratkartoffel and all circumcisions to choose. the deserts were just as good. the staff was friendly and friendly. service excellent. many thanks to ignacio and his whole team to make our evening very special. we are looking forward to eating fiamma again. highly recommended.

I visit this restaurant regularly as I work in london and stay in the hilton metropole. the atmosphere is beautiful, candlestick etc. the employees are fantastic, attentive, polite and just really nice people. eating has never disappointed, great they allow them to order from the restaurant next door, so more food selection.

The eating was normal, but the personal was amazing. valeria and matteo served us, they were beautiful, funny and made us feel like home. they could speak very well English and also Italian. they were the nicest of the whole team in the hotel. I'd just come back to the restaurant for her.

We had a very mediocre meal here. Two of our party got their meal way before the other two. We had to ask where the missing meals were in the end. The calzone was missing the Parma ham and was very dry except for a...lump of very wet spinach in the middle. Spaghetti was underwhelming. Another pizza was very very salty. Not great. Wouldn’t recommend.
