Fish Chipper

I loved the whole mood in and around the place. we ordered for cheesy chips, broken king pawns with chips and 1/4 huhn with chips. it was a good looking meal and also very fresh. the chips were really filled and a little too many (not complaining). broken king pawns were beautifully fired and crispy. also the chicken was cooked too well. cheesy chips were a bit too cheesy in portions. in everything it was good eating and good location. we were served by mariya, who was polite, helpful and funny. it is just a block away from picadillay circus and opp zoobar (we drive there after a great meal).

The exterior of the restaurant is lovely and inviting, with a crisp atmosphere. Inside, the ambiance is soft and delicate, and everything feels incredibly fresh. The chips are a bit bland, but the real highlight is the fish.

Pretty good experience. We were in London in July when Pride was going on and it must have been THE night of the parade because it was packed af on that street I loved all the people coming together. Anyways, the food was amazing and the fish was crispy and yummy. Took a little more than a while to get our drinks. Service was friendly.

Located right on the edge of Leicester Square, Fish and Chipper is a great spot for some classic British fare. The decor is simple and unpretentious, fitting for a fish and chip shop. We requested our chips to be cooked a bit longer for an extra crunch, and the staff happily obliged. The result was a satisfying meal with crispy chips and a generous portion of fish with a perfectly crispy batter. The prices were reasonable considering the prime location. The only downside was the slightly dingy basement toilets, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, Fish and Chipper is a solid choice for a tasty meal in the heart of the West End.

We had a nice experience at this chippy, we visited on a busy Saturday evening and were served immediately, the restaurant was busy but the waitress made time for us. The food was fresh and came quickly!
