This restaurant is fantastic! While British cuisine can sometimes get a bad rap (sorry!), I always make it a point to visit when I'm in London, especially in Notting Hill. The location is in a lovely neighborhood, and the decor is both eclectic and beautiful. The service is superb, and the food is amazing! Highly recommended!

We were really looking forward to our meal, and we ordered Ghormeh Sabzi, but it arrived burned! I decided to switch to Gheimeh Bademjan, but that wasn't fresh either and tasted quite bad. We also tried the lamb cubes, which were chewy. When we settled the bill, we mentioned to the waiter that our dining experience hadn't been good. He took our payment without showing any sympathy and simply told us to speak to the manager. So, here we are, reflecting on our experience and considering writing a review.

After an excellent first visit, our second experience didn’t quite live up to expectations because we didn’t choose the right dishes, and the food wasn't as delicious as before. The rice with chopped lamb kebab came with a piece of butter, but mine didn’t have any. The grilled poussin pieces were tasty, but the portion was quite small. I’ll give it another try, but I'm afraid there might be a letdown on my next visit to London.
