The food was delicious, but the staff seemed indifferent, which greatly impacted our overall experience. It would have been better if the ordering process was done through the staff only, so they could focus more on providing quality service.

I do not recommend this branch. When we were seated, the waiter instructed us to use a QR code to order and then walked away without offering to assist us. We had to request glasses for our bottomless drinks at the counter after our food was served. The skin-on chicken thighs with fries that we ordered were small, and the skin was not crispy. The fries were also cold. As the restaurant was closing, a waiter took the bottle of sauce from our table without asking and did not return it when confronted.

The staff were friendly but seemed a bit exhausted. I felt bad for the customers who had to wait for their food, which sat on the counter for at least 10 minutes (that's how long it took from ordering to getting our food). The restaurant wasn't very busy, with staff immediately cleaning tables after customers left. My son enjoyed his meal, except for the oversized tomato that was almost as big as the bun. The peri and regular fries were very hot, which was a pleasant surprise as we don't like lukewarm chips.

I don't like this Nandos. This is the third time I eat in here and it's a mess. Staff seem not to care and behave like they own the shop. No soft drinks, food took ages, seat in here if you want, front of the door, right close to it, otherwise I have no place (even though there were some free tables) I guess they wanted to fill bad tables. Las time I had chipped glass, now they had dirty ones . You couldn't walk to get water on them whiskey glasses (they had no jugs) as the passage between tables were full of stuff.

It was fine. Nothing special. Overall the food and service was good but nothing memorable. Place was clean and staff was helpful. The food was served quickly and presented well. Just didn’t have much flavor unless you added more sauce which there was many different types and options to choose from. But felt a little like the sauce was the only flavor. Overall I could go again just don’t expect anything to wow you.
