Bidra med feedbackThe food is very very bad! Bad taste, bad quality eg the burger and pulled pork burger felt like it was canned and old),the kids chicken nuggets, oily shoggy batter, microwaved. It is a place full of families and kids and you would have expected the natural history museum would have invested a bit more in the restaurant that hundreds of families and people visit. A disgrace and very very bad. Avoid avoid avoid. Only the service was ok as they were polite. Also 40 pounds for 2 adult and 1 kids dish!!! Super expensive for what it offers.
Upon being seated and presented with a menu (positive aspect), customers are required to place their order at the counter (negative aspect). Despite this, the woman assisting at the counter was friendly and helpful. The food arrived promptly, but disappointingly, drinks were not served alongside it. When you and your child are parched after exploring a museum for hours, consuming salty fries without a beverage is far from enjoyable. With no servers in sight, I had to approach the counter to request our drinks, only to be informed that they were on their way. After a second inquiry (and growing frustration), the drinks were finally brought to our table. It is unacceptable to provide such slow service for basic necessities in the hospitality industry. The food lacked flavor and the portions were underwhelming. The ice cream was of low quality and did not appeal to my 8-year-old. If we were to revisit, dining at the T Rex is definitely out of the question.
We stopped by this restaurant for lunch with a party of three and were promptly served our main courses. The food was good and the restaurant is a nice place to stop by. However, despite the presence of plenty of wait staff, we ended up waiting over an hour for our dessert, which was part of the set menu. Each waiter we asked kept saying it would be ready in ten minutes or that we wouldn't have to wait long, but an hour and 15 minutes later we were told that the dessert hadn't even been cooked yet. It was an absolute disaster. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, it took us an hour and 30 minutes after finishing our mains to finally get our desserts. Overall, not a bad place if you have a child and want to let them take a nap while you explore the surrounding exhibits.
Waited so long and when the food came nearly all of it was depressing. I ordered 2 burgers 1 was extremely disappointing and the other one was fine but the small pizza has the smallest amount of cheese on each slice and the cups are so small the only thing saving it from a 1 star is the fries. Plus everything was so small and expensive for the quality. Don’t recommend.
One of the saddest chicken burgers I have ever come across, not hungry enough to finish it. Topped off with the worst onion rings of the year. Good fries, but not good enough to eat here.
