I've been coming to this place for years in hopes that they would get it together because I have a locker/cabana and love listening to the music. Well, they haven't. You wait forever to get a drink at the table, (easier at the bar), the kitchen hasn't gotten a meal out on time since before the pandemic, they always don't have what is on the menu, and the managers don't know customer service to save their lives. The poor servers get blamed for everything, but we know they only bring the items when they are ready.

The food here is overpriced, and the staff seems indifferent to their jobs. While the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and is nice to relax in on a summer day, the parking and management issues are unacceptable. If you don't live in Hempstead, be prepared to pay $50 for parking; if you do live there, it’s $10. Overall, this place is incredibly inconvenient. I would advise against coming here.

The restaurant is nice the staff is very good, but the food was horrible. The Flatbread was disgusting. We couldn't eat it. The meat tasted spoiled, and the bread was soggy. The rest of the food tested like cafeteria food. The only good thing about this restaurant is the drinks. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
