Dunkin' - City of New York

I work not too far from this location .and I must say the manager and staff have no customer service and is racist also .my first encounter was a couple of months ago I went to buy my regular morning breakfast. First off they took their time and secondly the manager claimed the machine is not accepting my card .but before I went to the store I bought something at my job and the card was fine. Now today I went in after a couple of months same thing .that's ridiculous. I use my card everywhere never had a problem except for this dunkin donuts store. I even used it on JFk airport at the dunkin donuts No issue .but this dunkin its an issue. i didn't know that one of my co worker faced the same issue when I told her.I would not advice anyone to go that dunkin donut .I went to starbucks and my card worked perfectly. I will never go back to that dunkin donuts .stay away from there ..racist people.

It's a pretty good Dunkin, staff seem cool and I didn't have to wait long

Their coffee is as weak as boiling water. taste not good.

Don’t come to this location unless you want to wait 30 minutes for a simple coffee, interact with rude employees who take personal calls mid-order, and walk out with the wrong order at the end of it all.

Like almost every DD, good fast service with consistent quality.
