Bidra med feedbackThere was a cockroach inside my coffee, I am forever traumatized. When I went to to report it the gentleman at the register told me to relax it?s not that serious it?s just a roach. They are disgusting. This is unsanitary and unacceptable .. they offered mea free donut to feel better smh
If i can put a zero i would however i can?t. i spent $11.28 for an online order that apparently did not come in. I?ve had this problem 3 times with the same female worker there. She needs to be fired. Shes disrespectful and clearly doesn?t know what sheis doing. Instead of helping me sort out what happened she told me and another man to cancel the online order and reorder atanother dunkin when that is not possible at all. I have a good feeling that when she can?t handle the morning rush she throwsout the online orders so that it is less work for her. I?ve worked at a bakery before and i know that this is not how you shouldtreat your customers. Either work like a normal person or quit. i will take this issue further.
I just went to the store and this store has a variety of things I can have this is just next to the gas station so if you stop by this store they have everything you need everything to eat or to have a good kind of coffee, you have a lot of things to enjoy or you can have a good snack pack for your long drive, they have dry fruits as well. The coffee there I like and enjoy the most.
So glad to find a DK open during this pandemic times... Never enjoyed a latte as much as tonight
On a positive note, this Dunkin' seems to allow those coming off the Parkway to use their bathroom. We often stop here for coffee since the coffee at Cropsey Bagels is frankly terrible. Normally, the coffee here is better. My friend Tony particularly enjoys the decaffeinated iced coffee, which tends to be rich and dark. If you visit, I would recommend going for an iced coffee instead. Their iced teas are also quite good and strong. However, I found the hot teas to be underwhelming; they only come with one teabag in a medium to large cup, resulting in rather weak hot tea. For those who appreciate coffee, I suggest sticking with iced options. Regarding Cropsey Bagels, their coffee seems to be burnt and overboiled. It’s perplexing why some people enjoy that burnt flavor. Quality coffee should be brewed, not boiled, as boiling water can destroy many of the drink's antioxidants. Despite what some may say, both coffee and tea can have health benefits. Brewing coffee at the right temperature is crucial. Most excellent drip coffee makers maintain a regulated temperature, unlike boiling methods often used in traditional coffee making, which can result in overly strong and bitter flavors. While some may prefer the taste of percolated coffee, which often resembles the robust flavor found in the old Italian-style coffee makers, I advocate for brewed coffee’s smoother, nuttier profile. Starbucks often doesn't meet expectations either; their coffee can be overly burnt and masked with sugar and cream. I recommend sticking with Dunkin’ for a more enjoyable coffee experience. Overall, their coffees and iced teas are simply better choices.
