Bidra med feedbackThe food was good but overpriced for the portion size. Our server was alone but seemed very new. She didn't know the menu, said almost nothing, and had to ask the kitchen for any questions. We ordered our food as an appetizer and two entrees and the server said OK, but then an entree was brought first and we were given plates to share. The appetizer was delivered 5 minutes later, and the 2nd entree 15 minutes after that. Both times we asked about the order the food was coming out in, the waiter left without answering. The implication seems to be that it was a tapas restaurant, but this was never mentioned on the menu or by the server. The restaurant was entirely empty when we came in at 8pm on a Thursday, and we felt like we had to whisper it was so quiet inside. There was no music and the kitchen was silent. We could hear every word of the staff talking in the back.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible
Omg this is the BEST hidden gem in the area! The decor is incredible and it's literally a party from the moment you walk in. As a New Yorker, I had some friends in town and have been showing them the different neighborhoods. We came here after having dinner and closed the place down. The service was exceptional and the owner had the chef make us some special dishes (not on the menu). They treated us like family and definitely recommend this place.
It was an amazing experience with authentic Mexican traditions and food. I would say it was one the best experience that I ever had. Food was so delicious, you can say that it was made with passion and knowledge. The cocktails were made with fresh fruits and good quality liquor, very delicious. Servers were so kind, explain everything and answer all our questions. In general a five stars experience, people and place look like you transport to México. We will be coming back soon!
I stumbled by this cute restaurant while waiting for my reservation at another nearby eatery. I went in looking for a quick cocktail to pass time. The establishment is very cute and modest. It gives the vibe of a very small family owned business. My waitress was the cutest and very polite. While I was there, I had a cocktail and an entree We did wait a while, but I did not mind. With the eclectic decor, I felt I was abroad on holiday. The space is very small and intimate. Date night perfect. My cocktail was different and house crafted. And when my entree arrived, I was a little surprised as it was a small plate. Only now that I am writing this review do I see this restaurant listed as tapas.I did not mind the portion being smaller but not what I expected for a shrimp and crab quesadilla. My friends entree the same. It worked out perfectly for us because we originally did not go in for dinner, so this was the perfect appetizer. I will say the fish tacos were really good.I really enjoyed the experience and would go back. The only suggestion I would give management is to either include gratuity or find a system that after a person pays, they can sign and add tip. It felt awkward with the tip situation. Not only do I recommend but hope to return soon.
Came here for mid week after work drinks and dinner with friends and had a great time. The cocktails were flavorful and reasonably priced, and there were good vegetarian food options too especially enjoyed the cocas. Definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for tasty drinks and tapas.
