The restaurant displays discriminatory and disrespectful signage aimed at the original residents of the neighborhood. The message – "We don't accept EBT cards" – is not only grammatically incorrect, but it is also placed above a sign that states "No pets allowed inside." Those who spread hate might think they are clever, but it's important to remember that there is only one race: the human race. Love is what truly matters.

I've ordered from this restaurant several times in an effort to give them a fair chance, but each experience has been disappointing. They frequently forget items, take an excessively long time to prepare even the simplest orders, or often refuse to make the food if it seems too complicated. While I can't entirely blame DoorDash, I do hold them partially responsible. In my recent experience, the food was prepared and picked up, but when I checked again, I found out my order had been canceled because the store was closed. It's very frustrating, especially when it's during their supposed hours of operation, which are from 9 AM to 10 PM and it was only 6:18 PM. The customer service is lacking, and it’s very disappointing to see such a careless attitude from a restaurant.

4 stars is majority for the quality of the ingredients going into their food orders. For the most part all of the guys do a great job on the grill and even more of a plus is that they pay attention and remember what you order. I've never gotten an order with missing ingredients and I've been in here more times than yelp can count. They've got a robust menu and it seems that they've typically got all the ingredients advertised to make any of their sandwiches/paninis etc. Ok the grocery side, the produce appears pretty fresh. Groceries, snacks, etc are sometimes a little bit higher than I'd agree with but that's typical for bodegas...there's a grocery store a block away if you want to attempt to fare better on that end.

Probably the best Reuben I ever had. And I really like Reubens.
