The food was cold and they were missing items from my order. There was no water and extra jerk sauce and I paid for them !!! They added green peas to my rice and peas, that?s not real Jamaican food !! The packaging wasn?t good either. I?ll never everever order from this place again. I suggest no one else eat here either. BEST RASTA PASTA BY FAR!!! FOOT PRINTS IS NO COMPETITION TO THESE PEOPLE!! I ORDERED EVERY WEEK AND I GAINED POUNDS, BUT IT'S OK! GREAT FOOD PEOPLE!! FOOD WAS GOOD! I'LL WAIT AGAIN!!

Terrible service! I placed an order through DoorDash and over 30 minutes have passed without any updates. I called the restaurant to check on my order, as there was no progress showing on the app. The woman I spoke to on the phone seemed rushed and didn't really check for my order; she simply told me to contact DoorDash for more information. According to DoorDash, this restaurant only uses their own couriers, which means I can't track my order through the app. This makes no sense! If that's the case, the restaurant should reconsider using DoorDash or any third-party delivery service, as this lack of tracking creates a lot of uncertainty for customers. When we place an order, our payment is withdrawn, but there's no way to know the status of the delivery. This experience has been hugely disappointing. After this review, I urge them to rethink their delivery methods because this isn't helpful for customers at all.

First of all, they've reopened at a new location: 355 Rogers Ave, Brooklyn, NY. I ordered three different Rasta Pasta dishes today (April 10, 2022): Veggie Rasta Pasta, Oxtail Rasta Pasta, and Jerk Salmon and Shrimp Rasta Pasta. Let me tell you, we all truly enjoyed every single bite of that meal. Gary is super friendly and has a wonderful heart and soul. I will definitely be traveling back from Rhode Island to get more. It’s the best Rasta Pasta ever!

These guys are the worst in the city. I ordered a rasta pasta with salmon, but I have no idea what kind of fish they sent—it was just some white fish. I also paid for a boneless chicken roti, but since I ordered through DoorDash and they've already been paid, they sent it with bones instead.
