Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely delightful Thai restaurant! Every dish is incredible, and I’m amazed we have such authentic Thai cuisine in New York City. It's rare to find a gem like MAKIINNY. I would rate it a perfect 100/100!
Somehow the food is better than it was a couple months ago. Meats here are delicious and incredibly tender
I sampled the one dessert option available on the menu: a sweet crispy roti. It was decent, but I took off one star due to the sticky tables. I might consider trying other dishes on the menu during my next visit, but I think I’ll opt for takeout instead.
Was craving Thai food and ended up here after lots of Google Maps and Yelp searching on the last day of classes. Very much a hole in the wall feel and relatively affordable with good takeout portions. And the food was GREAT. I got drunken noodles and my 2 friends got the pad see ew. The flavors were great and strong, and the food was SO fresh we even saw them making it in front of us; so when it got to us in takeout containers, our dishes were still burning hot. I chose a medium spice level thinking that that level would be mild for me. And it was, initially. But as I kept eating, the spice grew and within a few minutes I was tearing up and sniffling like crazy. This place is not joking when it comes to spice so definitely go a level down or the same as what you can tolerate. Next time, I would go mild. If you're in the area, there are lots of great food places nearby but if you're craving Thai and want something under $20, definitely give this place a try. We also walked a bit and ate at a park instead of inside the restaurant, so I recommend doing that as well.
Extremely rude! I witnessed two employees from the store screaming at a man for about ten minutes. I won't be going back to buy anything. Close to five stars? Definitely skip it.
