Boka nu

Bidra med feedbackNext, I tried the Pho Bo, or beef pho. While the flavor was great, I was disappointed with the portion size, especially given the price. Overall, I liked the food, but having a bit more lettuce and broth would have greatly enhanced my experience. It makes me wonder about the actual cost of these items for the restaurant. Why not add a little more to make your customers happy, especially since other reviewers have raised similar concerns?
The owner was incredibly rude and told us to read the menu faster while my friend was trying to place an order. When I inquired about the types of meat offered for the pho—since most authentic pho restaurants serve various cuts like brisket and tripe—he dismissively responded, "Only beef and chicken, what else do you want?" It was clear that the owner has a significant narcissistic streak, evidenced by his face prominently displayed throughout the restaurant. The food was bland and watered down, likely to cater to the uninformed locals who think they are enjoying genuine Vietnamese cuisine. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had—such an inflated ego for food that turned out to be mediocre at best. What a shame!
This is my favorite restaurant; the Filet Mignon Au Beurre is definitely one of the best dishes in Brooklyn. The atmosphere is nice and straightforward, with quick and efficient service. Overall, it has a great vibe!

The fried egg noodles with bok choy are such a pleasant surprise! The curry with vermicelli is also incredibly delicious. I will definitely be back!
