Sam's Famous Pizza - City of New York

This location needs to close down. Doesn 't make sense to be this bad consistently. They dont honor carside delivery 2min guarantee, complete orders falsely with no call, rude,etc. JMC Hospitality Corp should be ashamed of running this shop. Clearlystaff is short handed and just cutting everycorner. Person working Aug 9 at 4pm has a terrible attitude. should becoached/retrained on how to act when supervisor/manager is out. I asked for his name and he response was for what? Ask for whoopened up today tomorrow. Ask for his managers name and he ignored me. Really with his service he shouldnt be working customerservixe at all but in this economy no one should be jobless so TRAIN HIM ACCORDINGLY

Don't have some of the items they offer. But what they do have is fresh . They also deliver pretty fast

The pizza was excellent! I even managed to cut down on some carbs with my pizza cutter skills.

The experience was completely different this time around. I ordered wings for pickup, and the man on the phone told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. True to his word, my order of delicious wings was ready right on time. I requested a mild barbecue sauce, and he actually had me taste two options when I arrived to help me choose one I could handle. I was very pleased! This has never happened before; usually, I have to wait at least 30 minutes once I get there. In the past, the staff could be a bit dismissive, but not this time. It was a great experience!
