Subway - City of New York

I usually enjoy dining with you, but I have a concern. Please wash your salad vegetables more thoroughly. I found small pieces of sand or gravel in my hero sandwich, which hurt my teeth. Don’t take your good business for granted—it's important to maintain quality. Where are the manager or owners?

I visited this restaurant in the morning with my wife, and I can honestly say it will be the first and last time. Even though some time has passed, I still feel the need to share my experience. The staff's attitude was quite unfriendly, and the food was disappointing. Aside from the bread, there were very few options—minimal vegetables and even less meat. The prices were high, and I believe they are not justified at all! Having tried many subways in various locations, I can confidently say this was the worst one I have ever encountered. It was truly frustrating.

This was the worst Subway experience I have ever had. When I walked in, a kind gentleman was ordering a small portion of chicken for his dog. I asked if they could put a little chicken in a bowl, but the employee insisted she could only make a sandwich. I agreed, but asked her to toast it. Instead, she gave me attitude and was disrespectful. When I questioned her rudeness, she yelled at me and even threw a whole 12-inch loaf at me. I would not recommend coming here at all. I even called the police, and they are filing a report.

Just went for first time In a year or so and new management everything is fresher and cleaner and nicer and better now. Great sandwich at a good price. Fresh veggies

Don’t recommend this subway store! Ordered chicken teriyaki.The bread doesn’t toasted and the very less chicken teriyaki (only three or four pieces) and a lot of vegetables!
