Bidra med feedbackVery poor service at this Dunkin which is very disappointing I was just there 9:15 on May 26 the staff person on the drive through was barely understandable she thought it was funny when I had to ask her a third time what she said I asked for extra ice in my drinks it wasn’t provided I asked for extra ice I was given the extra ice in a dirty coffee cup $6 for 2 drinks and disgusting service not worth it this Dunkin has lost my business because of incompetent staff hopefully the franchisee or owner reads this and fixes it for a better experience for others. I directly called the store to speak with manager no answer I guess not surprising
The customer service was awful. Staff should learn to apologize when they make mistakes with orders. Angelina was particularly unprofessional and unfriendly.
We waited for 20 minutes before our food arrived. When we finally got our bagel, it was served in a haphazard manner, and there was no manager available to address our concerns. The bagel had barely any cream cheese on it, and to make matters worse, there were bugs on the donuts.
When I approached the counter, I saw how tidy it was—no clutter whatsoever. The person who took my order greeted me with a friendly smile and was very polite, asking how they could assist me. I appreciated the quick service; my order was filled in no time. Once I brought my order home, it was just as good as any Dunkin' Donuts location and satisfied my coffee cravings perfectly. A big thank you to all the employees for taking care of my needs! Best, Gerry
I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive-thru behind a single car. The girl in front was chatting non-stop with the employee at the window, completely oblivious to me and the seven cars behind me. Two of those drivers eventually got frustrated and left in a huff. I felt too stuck to drive away, so I honked my horn to remind them that other customers were waiting. The driver in front of me responded by giving me the finger and continued to hold things up. It seemed like her friend at the window was handing her bags of food without any payment being exchanged, which is stealing. No wonder this place always serves frozen coffee mixes and eggs—they're either giving the food away to their friends or just too lazy to prepare it properly. When it was finally my turn, the girl in the car and the young man at the window looked at me, and I overheard her asking for my order. I decided to just drive away instead. I'm sure they saved my coffee for later, but I won't be returning to this Dunkin' again.
