Cocobar - City of Schenectady

I visited this charming little place today while in the area, and I was really impressed! As soon as we walked in, the staff warmly welcomed us and asked if we had visited before. When we mentioned that we hadn't, a lovely woman behind the counter took the time to show us their entire menu. We tried the hot chocolate, which was incredible—much richer and more flavorful than typical hot chocolate—and their soft serve ice cream, which was delightful. The prices were very reasonable too! I will definitely be returning! Thank you!

We frequently visit this charming spot for ice cream and chocolates. The ambiance is really cozy and delightful. Olivia, the owner, is always warm and friendly when she's there, and the rest of the staff is just as welcoming. We will definitely keep coming back! I highly recommend everyone to give it a try if they're nearby.

This is an excellent place to indulge in a special treat, and they serve the best hot chocolate I have ever tried. The peppermint hot chocolate is a must-have!!!

Not a bad place to grab something sweet. They only serve chocolate related items, so there's no tea or coffee for drinks. Warning: hot sipping cocoa is super chocolate concentrated and kinda bitter, so drink it like espresso: in small sips. Chocolates treats are sold by weight, so 2 treats plus cocoa cost about $7 for my visit. It's more like a chocolate confection/candy shop. A pound of chocolates is sold at about $16 plus tax. They also sell ice cream, in vanilla and chocolate, and roasted almonds and cashews. Overall, worth at least a trip to see what's up.

Stopped in with a sudden urge for ice cream and I'm glad I did. The employee at the time (a wonderful young woman from a nearby highschool) and I had a great conversation about sports and to top it off the soft serve was spectacular. Next time I'm looking for ice cream I'll keep an eye out for this place.
