We were here on a Tues during rainy season so it was little quiet, but the service was excellent! Juan was efficient and super-friendly. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and tasted great. The Expresso Martini was right up there with one of the best I've ever had. Overall I recommend this place. We'll be bringing our visitors here when they come in to visit!

The restaurant is very easy to locate on the 2nd floor of Megapolis Mall. Walking in, you go through the Hard Rock Cafe gift shop first and you go inside the restaurant. There were lots of seats available at the time of my visit. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Ordered the Messi Burger and the Jumbo Combo. The meat on the Messi Burger was tender and juicy and the bun was pretty standard. The Jumbo Combo was a platter of different appetizers that included some bruschetta, wings (bbq or buffalo), onion rings, chicken tenders, and what seemed to me like a fried quesadilla cut up into pieces. Also ordered a mango juice that was acceptable in taste. Overall if you want to just eat some standard American food, this restaurant is a good option around this area of downtown Panama City.

It's a good option in the region. Nice and friendly staff, good food and a good place. It was pretty much empty when I was there, so easy to get a place and order.

Interior very well kept. The location is onside a mall so is extremely hard to get in from the road if you don't know the city or is your first time here. The food is on point. Taste on point Customer service is very good and polite. During the week is empty. We came on a Thursday around 2 and it was empty. Only 2 tables. There is no live band. Only by events randomly and you have to pay to come in. Alcohol with beverage is very good. The mall itself is extremely empty like if the mall is closing out.

Perfect location, excellent service, and amazing food as at all Hard Rock Cafes. This location has some amazing musical artifacts on the walls.
