Ca Na Riera - Ciutadella de Menorca

Three of us came here for a lunch on Tuesday afternoon. We were hungry and the place was packed so we were mentally prepared to wait. We were greeted by a super lovely waitress who was clearly busy with all the customers and running from one place to another yet still was super friendly, attentive and a smile on her face all the time! We had some patatas bravas as starters and pizzas as mains. Potatos were great but the pizza was rather average — the base was hard, thin and dry. Some of the other dishes looked alright what we saw so maybe order something else than pizza. Sadly another waitress started to look after us after a while and seemed very mad and annoyed all the time. We’re pretty sure our friend got a wrong pizza but we were afraid to ask about that (or anything else) from her ’cause of her mood.

This restaurant does great fresh seafood (which we ordered every time) for a very reasonable price in comparison to other restaurants in the surrounding area. We ate here twice on our 6 day holiday and were always satisfied with the quality of the Tapas. The only downside is it is so busy and with only 3 waiters running around, you end up waiting a long time to have your order taken. A couple next to us actually walked away as they waited around 20 minutes to have a drinks order taken. Once the food order has been taken however the food comes quickly. I do recommend this restaurant and if in Menorca I would go back!

Servicio rápido. Pedimos croquetas de queso menorquina, berenjenas fritas con miel y sepia al Menorcano todo muy rico. Dejamos espacio para el postre porque vale la pena café casero delicioso y desarmado en el hierro fantástico.

Un buen lugar para comer bien, barato y rápido. en una plaza muy tranquila y servir con un trato muy agradable. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!

Muy buen tratamiento para el camarero, excelente camarón y muy buen precio de calidad
