On the positive side, parking is free, which is not often the case in more central locations. If you're a high-status Marriott member, you receive a $10 daily credit, which can cover breakfast at the on-site Starbucks. Unfortunately, it was out of service on Sunday morning, which was inconvenient since we hadn't planned on searching for breakfast elsewhere. The staff was friendly, though.

**Pros:** The staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The team at the lobby restaurant went above and beyond to provide excellent service with a smile. The hotel’s location is great—it's just a short walk to Costco, the mall, and many restaurants. I also appreciated the individual booths with their own TVs, which were perfect for dining or just relaxing. Plus, the workout room was impressive. **Cons:** Unfortunately, our room had some issues. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the ceiling fan was quite dirty, which made the overall cleanliness of the room feel lacking; even the draperies were very dusty. Additionally, whenever I requested items like towels or trash bags at the front desk, if they weren’t handed to me immediately, we would often never receive them. It became quite frustrating to keep asking for essentials such as cups and washcloths. I understand that COVID-19 has led to reduced hotel services, but there must be a better way to manage this. Furthermore, the area had a problem with litter, as many people seemed to drop their trash in the parking lot and other spots around the property, which would remain unnoticed for days. There was no free breakfast, and even tea and coffee came at a cost. Overall, while my experience at the hotel was satisfactory, I would likely opt for a different place if I return to the area. After this stay, we moved to a more appealing hotel that was actually cheaper per night and included all the extras along with free breakfast.

This hotel was a great option during the unusually hot weather. The rooms were comfortable, the air conditioning was effective, and the staff was very friendly. I had a brief but wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, yet I couldn't hear any noise from it. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

A newer property off I-205 but relatively quiet and with less traffic. Our suite had a balcony overlooking a wooded area and was very nice. The bed was super comfortable and the shower just perfect. We did not notice noise from our neighbors. There is a small bar/bistro on site but with somewhat limited hours due to covid. We were upgraded at check-in and using the Bonvoy app made everything very easy, including checkout. Staff accommodated our requests for early check-in and no feather pillows. Very close to Clackamas Town Center, a large shopping mall, as well as many restaurants.

Stayed here while visiting a family member for the first time. It’s just a few minutes from their house and will be my go to hotel each time I visit. Quiet, clean, comfortable!! Very happy with my choice!
