Hatleys - Clackmannanshire

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. We got 2 pizzas to go, and both were delicious and arrived hot. I would definitely order from them again.

We recently had the best food and service we've had in a long time at a chip shop. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the friendly interaction with the staff.

We ordered at 7:15 and were told delivery would be 9. This was pushed back and staff said it would be there ASAP. It finally turned up at 10:05 and was cold and the wrong order. Would not order again

Have visited this place few times over the years and will now certainly be my last.Special fish was tasteless and chips worse ever.

I have been ordering from Hatleys quite frequently, but since they started using Uber Eats, their service has been awful. Every time we place an order, we have had to wait over an hour past the expected delivery time. When we called to inquire, we were told that our order was just leaving. When it finally arrived, the calzone tasted undercooked and doughy, so we had to throw it out. Tonight, our delivery was scheduled for 8:15 PM, but when we called at 8:40 PM, we were informed that they were just starting to prepare it and it would be another 30 minutes. If I had known it would take this long, I would have gone somewhere else. They are dishonest when you call to inquire about your order. They should not be accepting orders and money if they cannot deliver the goods on time. Overall, our experience has been absolutely terrible.
