Bidra med feedbackThis Taco Bell is an absolute joke, the workers are rude as hell. They got a little busy and all hell broke loose. Waited in the drive thru for a good 15 minutes... line didn't move an inch. Decided to go in and order my food. Worst decision of my life. First ... some nice old lady was ordering her seniors meal and had asked for her cup for a sweet tea, she was ignored completely after the worker looked her dead in the face and continued to sweep the disgusting floor... Then proceeded to shout at me to tell me they needed to refund my entire order because the fryers were down... I ordered two luxe cravings boxes that didn't require anything to be fried. I walked up to the counter and questioned what was going on. I got an attitude and told they would just hurry up and make my order. Sat for another 20 minutes and finally my order came up. Looked in the bag and knew it wasn't even close to what I ordered. Didn't even care bc I was ready to freak out on somebody. ended up with a bag of hard and soft tacos about 5 of each, a Mexican pizza (that tasted like chemicals) and two chalupas... went to fill the cups with pop and nothing but soda water came out. Ended up getting the zero sugar Baja, and it was disgusting. Moral of the story... don't ever waste your time going to this location. Workers are rude and disgruntle, don't wanna be there, and should find a different job if they are even capable of getting another one. The Harper and little Mack location is so much better. The owners and employees here should be ashamed of themselves.
This store didn't have any of the food I ordered on the app with my gift card and wouldn't give me a refund or food to make up the amount. I won't ever return to this location and recommend it to anyone.
I thought taco supremes were supposed to have sour cream and tomatoes on them. Went through the drive through, took a long time with only 1 car in front of me and a pretty empty parking lot.
Last two time I went to this location, it was midday, was informed at the drive up that the drive up is closed and we have to go inside to order. Inside you’re forced to use a kiosk, a live person doesn’t take your order. And the wait for just a few items is bonkers, over 20 minute wait each time and only one other person was in the lobby waiting as well. Horrible service go to a different location if you can.
Ordered online, drive thru was closed. Waited for my food to go on order mobile station where you pick it up. After 20 minutes asked them about it. Apparently I have to check in if I have an online order? Which is weird because no signs and they make it a point of having NO ONE to help at the register. Waited another 25 minute 's. When asking what is taking so long, Waited 45 minutes for an online order, manager instantly started screaming. Trying to embarrass me yelling to the store no one else has a problem telling me I have only been waiting 20 minutes (She was not including this check in I had no idea about) She refused to give me her first name for corporate complaint. She then gave me a FAKE corporate number! Said it was 1800Tacored. Which is their personal HR! After making a complaint never even heard back from corporate! This is a joke of a place.
