Original Joe's Pizza - Clairton

I had the worst service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. They delivered a pizza with the wrong toppings, and when I tried to get them to send a replacement, it took ages. After two hours of waiting, I had to call them to check on my order. To my surprise, they called me 35 minutes later asking if I could come pick up the pizza myself! I couldn't help but laugh and told them to keep the pizza; I won't be ordering from them again.

Cant take an order right. Ordered a 16 cut 2 topping square pizza...ordered it at 5;24pm...i didn't receive my food until 2 hours later,,an with the wrong toppings,,,,call the shop,,,the dingy girl who took the order in the first place stated,,,oh i didnt cook the pizza,,,its the cooks fault,,,,blah,blah,blah....first an last time order from this place...count on that

Though it's no longer Joe's, the food is excellent and very convenient.

This is the worst pizza company I've ever encountered! I ordered online and was repeatedly told that my order was on its way. I tried calling the store directly but couldn’t get through. When I called the number on the website, they also couldn’t reach the company! This is absolutely terrible customer service. I will never order from Joe’s Pizza in Clairton, PA again; it's a dreadful establishment!

I used to really enjoy their wings, and the pizza was pretty good compared to other places nearby. However, ever since the change in ownership and the addition of Indian food to the menu, the quality has significantly declined! Pizza is meant to be Italian, not Indian. The wings were overcooked, and the pizza dough tasted like stale, store-bought, ready-made crusts. I won’t be ordering from them again!
