Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Always my “go to place” for years. The wait can be a little long, but you can pre-register using the APP. Service at most locations is great, but as you know, covid has caused some labor shortage for most restaurant chains. Never can go wrong at the Hickory NC location. The management is very responsive at all locations to any concerns and wants to hear any feedback if the visit wasn't great.

We came out for Saturday night dinner they were packed........we were told 25 minutes but only ended up waiting 15.... there was a frog in one of the waters but everything else was great as always hahaha

I shouldn’t have to get up and go find someone to ask for syrup for my pancakes or wait ten minutes in a empty store to be seated

Very good food yesterday when I went. I enjoyed the taste, because sometimes I'm picky with texture, and luckily, my tenders tasted really good and were thin, like how I prefer. But, I was a bit confused because I had ordered the same exact thing as a friend who was with me, and I received a much smaller, round plate that looked fit for a toddler in comparison to the other order, which was a pretty larger portion w the fit plate size. Greeting on entering was immediate and the merchandise was displayed for a tempting purchase. Seating was quick and wait staff greatest. Food was prepared and delivered as expected.
