Original Street Cafe - Clarens

Had breakfast this morning in street caffe on the way back to joburg. very disappointing eating the eggs were not cooked as we asked the speck was hard and chewing and the whole eating was cold apart from the chips! as vegetarian here was not much choice, but I asked after 2 eggs roasted with fried tomato chips and toast. the fried tomatoes was a tiny disc as they would get as garnish and we were 0.001 when we complained about the waitress, it just said sorry and obviously don't shatter her shoulders. we will never go back if they can't make decent breakfast, they shouldn't be in business!

Beautiful experience! beautiful event and very tasty eating. the new owners are very welcoming and warm towards children.

Everything went well until I asked for robins. it was served black tee (joko, I think.) when I mentioned that they had served me black tee, they said it was rooibos of p.

Service non existant, owner in attendance whistles to get waiters to attend to potential patrons, whilst sitting drinking and smoking. Not quite the establishment one expects in and around Clarens.

Service is unacceptable, waited so long for a baby chair that we had to go fetch it ourselves.Milkshakes are depressing.
