Customer Service started at 4 and drop rapidly to a -5 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! If you (the owner) want details you will need to contact me. However I will be contacting corporate to ask them to review this store, because I would not let this represent DQ like this and this community would more jobs. Get better employees or close!
Ordered thru the drive thru and staff was not very happy. I didn't get my extra gravy or toast.and I paid for the extra gravy.
This place is always disgusting inside. The workers play around to much which get dirt, etc, in peoples food I've seen it. So unorganized smh. I've waited 15 mins inside at the register just to get one of these employees to stop playing with each other and take my oder. is there a way I could speak with the owner, or is there a complaint number I can call? I need to speak with someone other than the people that work there because they dont help at all regarding my last visit at the Milford street location. You lost a good Customer hope you know. These business need to watch their camreas at times or check in and see how thier employeestreat the buisness and customer.. I'm so angry and upset and I can not seem to find out how I can speak with someone other than the fools working there.
Got to store at 9:20 pm. And after waiting in line for 20 minutes to order was told the kitchen was closed because they were to busy. Went to other dq location and they were happy to take my money at 10 minutes till
They are the best?look at this amazing cake they did for my Husband’s birthday. Thank you so much, he loved it??? Staff was wonderful and so helpful with ideas and changes when I would call.
