Bidra med feedbackI ordered the French dip, and it was just alright—lacking in meat. My wife got a dish that was supposed to have meat but ended up having a few strands of hair instead. She was so disgusted that she threw it in the trash. We'll definitely be trying a different restaurant next time.
I eat at sashabaw rd a at least 2 times a week and it is usually great except tonight the food was not properly cooked, the sandwich were extremely vaccinated on meat and to cut it from no napkins with food and I asked for a lot of Arbys sauce and got 7 packages for 10 sandwiches.
Food was hot. Sliders were tasty. Cashier was friendly moved the drive thru quickly
Food was good, line was a little slow but not bad. My biggest problem was a girl taking orders and at the window, she had zero customer service skills. There was no greeting, no thank you, just order when your ready then at the window $20.23 no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. Asked for my receipt and she completely ignored me and shut the window. I understand and completely sympathize with food workers as I was one for 15 years but sometimes you just gotta put that fake smile on for the customers. If you can 't manage that maybe you should be in the back making the food instead of interacting with customers.
Food was terrible, tiny thin piece of chicken with little meat in sandwich, fries were burnt and cold. Staff was nice at least. But the food was pretty bad quality. When Arby 's said they have the meats they must have meant pigeon. ..
