Kfc - Clarksville

I was told to go to KFC in Kentucky Ate chicken that sat around all day, they don't have potato wedges anymore? Sadly the corn was the best part. All the other sides were crusty.

Well the Kentucky Fried Chickens I've ever visited you could get a bucket of wings dropped fresh if you wanted a lot of stores didn't really want to do it but they did takes 20 minutes and no complaints now as usual all restaurants are doing so everythingchanges and now they made some chicken drumsticks that look like I don't know chicken strips instead but you have to get sidesnow you can get the wings separate but for the price it was outrageous so we went to roosters instead and got what we need andexpected

I ordered an 8-piece meal but only received 6 pieces. The biscuits were only about 3/4 cooked, the mashed potatoes were watery, and the gravy had no flavor. I tried calling three times, but no one answered the phone.

The customer service was fairly good; the girl at the drive-thru was friendly. However, the food was rather disappointing. I ordered a three-piece meal with two sides and requested fries. It was clear that the food wasn't fresh, and I ended up spending nearly $20, which just wasn't worth it.

If you visit at 7:30 PM, you'll find the staff to be unfriendly, and the food tends to be old and dry. It seems like they don't really care about the service. The closing shift on Thursdays is particularly unwelcoming.
