Mizu Japanese Cuisine - Clarksville

The wait time was over 30 minutes. I’ld not recommend this place.The pick up time was 7:14 pm as per the app. I waited an eternity, just like other drivers did. We don’t drive all the way to cancel the order. It’s easy for you to say since you can only see your aspect. When you make drivers wait over 30 minutes, at least remove your bathroom sign so anyone can use it. As much as you care your rating, so do we. The customer was expecting the order at 7:30 pm (when I hadn’t even received the order). I had to call and update her. Instead of a simple apology, you are trying to defend your failure and lack of communication. Good luck madam, but this attitude will definitely not attract people. You’re rude and lack professionalism. In that 30 minutes of wait, you didn’t update and you didn’t care whatsoever.And you report the driver to Uber for your incompetency to have the order ready. Lol funny

I was very impressed with the food and service from Mizu. The food tasted delicious, and I was impressed by the portion size. I was really happy with Mizu's service. The restaurant called me when there was an issue with my delivery, and went out of their way to ensure we received our order. I will definitely order food from them again.

The food was excellent! We sampled both the sushi and the ramen, and everything arrived fresh and quickly. The Yuzu Hana sake was also delicious.

I absolutely love the ramen; it’s a 10/10! The takoyaki is also fantastic, and while the sushi is tasty, it is a bit on the small side. I keep returning because the food is just so delicious!

Wouldn't recommend this place. Super awkward atmosphere, fish that wasn't fresh (had 1 bite and tossed the rest), sticky table, and a server whom I could hardly hear. 10/10 wouldn't return. Now time to go get some food that isn't gross.
