Bidra med feedbackI work down the road and frequent this subway a few times a week, my experience today was very disappointing. Footlong Cali turkey club had two flat pieces of turkey on one side and three on the other, I could see she was concealing the amount and quickly put bacon over it. My question... what does one gain from only serving half of the portion paid for? I simply showed a worker... clarified what it was supposed to have on it, and asked for the extra pieces to put on my sandwich. The girl laughed and proceeded to talk about me. Not sure if she knew I was still there, but she was clearly not worried about correcting her error. I have known her manager for many years and been a happy customer until today... I will be contacting her.
I tried calling the store, but there was no answer. I placed an order through DoorDash for a foot long chicken teriyaki sub. Granted the ingredients on the sub were correct, I only received a 6 inch sub
Went on line made my order. Never got my order. Called DoorDash, and they refunded the subway the $31.48. Contacted subway corporate office. Then received and email from franchise owner. This all started on May 2, and this still has not been resolved. This business does not deserve our hard earned money.
The subs are good.... very disappointing that they stopped using the regular ranch tho...... the peppercorn... not a fan... if I wanted pepper they have it there...
The store does very little to resolve messed up orders. Ordered delivery and half of order was missing, Called the store and spoke with manager, he did nothing to resolve, said I could come to store to get refund, heck that’s the reason I ordered to delivery to begin with cause I couldn’t get to store.
