Subway - Clarksville

One of the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. The girl was extremely rude to us as well as her coworker. They didn’t know how to use the coupon I had with me and insisted the coupon had gone through even though the price stayed the same as it was before scanning the coupon. They were very hostile and I’ll be calling management in the morning.

Horrible place! The manager was super unprofessional and laughed at my mom who is older and was trying to figure out the app. She laughed at her and while talking about her to another employee while my mom was still the store instead of helping. My mom left the store and the manager proceeded to be rude to her and stare her down. So disappointing subway.

Couldn’t even get anything on my sub. Lettuce was brown and vegetables looked frozen.

The staff here is incredibly friendly! There was a bit of a wait, but that's only because they were busy. It seemed like the employees were new, and they were all exceptionally nice! It's refreshing to see that, and I’d definitely encourage them to keep up the great work!

Today 9-25-2022 I was helped by raeonna, Dakota, and Louis!!! They were beyond helpful! Great staff and they are quick on their feet!! I appreciate them so much for remaking a sandwich for me because of me messing up my own order lol thank you very much!!!
