Bidra med feedbackOrdered a couple subs on the app. Requested no onions on one due to a person?s allergies and they still put onions on it, they didn?t put dressings on any of the subs and didn?t cut or toast one.
This is the Subway on Riverside Drive, the people that work in there are so friendly and nice, they certainly don't mind fixing your sandwich exactly the way you ask them to, the young gentleman that fixed my sandwich tonight was very very courteous andkind to an old person
Subways night employee on riverside were rude. Tried to order to comply with known allergens, which happened to be allergens to onions. So instead of ordering the chicken teriyaki that has onions premixed, we tried ordering chicken with plain teriyakisauce and at first the guy said no then told us he had to call a manager, which ironically he couldn't seem to get to answer thephone.
Thankfully our experience was different from the bad reviews, our food was made correctly service was super nice and it didn't take long at all. We came here because the 1200 Hwy 48 location was atrocious (mean, argumentative, and poorly made food)so we walked out with nothing. Coming here definitely made up for that experience and I'm glad we gave Subway a second chance.
The customer service was good. quite sure that they open at 9 o'clock Sundays, asking for a suppe and saying that they must be soaked to cook it. and this was at 12 o'clock when the need more than 3 hours to dip suppe, they could begin to cook 4 o'clock to get a head for suppe before midday. would have received 5 stars, but not all expectations were met.
