On May 4th, you provided wonderful food and hospitality for Martha Todd's family and friends. I am Martha Todd's grandson, and I truly appreciate everything you did. The collard greens and the delicious meat were outstanding, and I would love to know what kind of meat it was. I live in Florida, and while I'm not a fan of collard greens, I enjoy cooking them, and I would love to recreate that meal. Thank you once again!
