Pizza Hut - Clay Center

I’ve given this restaurant the benefit of the doubt for the past couple years sometimes it’s good most times it terrible. This last time the food was 25 minutes past the estimated time, the breadsticks were cold and the pizza’s came out burned on the bottom. It’s very unfortunate how bad this Pizza Hut has fallen off over the past 4 years. You can no longer drive around the restaurant due to the dangerous parking lot but thankfully they have put up a nondescript chain that has no markings to stop people from driving over the ditch that has formed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here.

Food was great. Did a carry out and they gave me the time I needed to order. Food was out in a timely fashion and tasted great. Staff was helpful and courteous. Overall a very nice visit.

Manager was loud and rude to employees. Pizza toppings were all thrown into middle of pizza.

They are so wildly rude on the phone. Literally sighed at me for asking a question. Double charged me for an order and got snippy with me when I tried to bring it up to them.

If Gail Westgate is still there it's the best pizza in town. Hello Clay it's Patrick Dinsmore live from Las Vegas NV.
