Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Do not go to Dairy Queen at this location. I just went to this location. I don’t usually travel in this area because I live on the east side of town but I was passing through and decided to stop and get a sundae before I can even leave out the drive-through my card was ran for $300 so they must have a skimmer on their credit card machine or something but my card and the bank reached out to me and I did a dispute and they said it seems like all three transactions to transaction for my food and the $200 transactions were done at the same time so obviously somebody’s working there with a skimmer in that location so if you go there don’t use your card or your credit card cause they’ll use it and pay other bills with it and commit fraud and this is not assumption this is exactly what happened today on Easter Sunday and got a Sundae and they ran my car for $300 twice

I understand being busy. We always seem to bring business wherever we go, but the only way to accomplish with no problems is to take your time but be quick in a way in order to complete the customers orders and transactions is one customer at a time. I use to be an assistant manager at a fast food and I had customers telling me how they can't come there when it is my day off because no one else seems to make their order correct to the point that they stopped going to that particular store because I no longer worked at that location.Other than that the food was delicious. The customer service was pretty good. The problem we had was that after taking my money I wasn't given my change nor a receipt for my order. They wanted us to pull forward so they could continue with the line of vehicles. I informed about my change and was informed that the food and change will be brought to me. Ok no problem. Well I got my change with no receipt . Then once we got home and was giving my family their food one of the orders I got was missing another burger patty. So I spent almost $60 and still my order was wrong. Yes one order was wrong, but still I paid for that beef patty and didn't get it. Also didn't have a receipt to even show that I ordered a double cheeseburger ?. Also I ordered extra country gravy and there was several of them seemed to be watery and lack of the country gravy flavor.

Worst Dairy Queen. They don’t care and management don’t care. The reviews are for your personal relief. They don’t care what you have to say. They comment saying they want to fix your issues and talk to them. Talk to y’all for what ? Give people their money back! Went here and my ice cream melting as they give it to me. Then tell me to wait 5 mins for my food and pull up. 15 mins later still no food. I went in and asked for my ice cream to be remade when my food is done. They stick my melted ice cream in the freezer in the back. Why would I want cold soup? On top of that the milk was sitting out on the counter next to a bucket, the ground was filthy, people on their phone with the gloves on and dealing with money with the same hand they are putting food together with.

My blizzard had nuts and something I didn’t know what it was in my blizzard and I ordered a cookie dough blizzard the establishment was nasty there was random food sitting and ketchup packets on the table …stay far away they need new management

I love DQ, It was good and delicious, Their chicken tenders, their fries are good, Even I tried their Brownie Batter Blizzard before, It was amazing and I tried their cheese curds, too, It was delicious and awesomeKid-friendliness: About kid-friendliness, It has fun toys for kids like always
