El Loro - Clear Lake

I absolutely love this place! They offer fantastic drinks and have an amazing staff. Supporting these wonderful small businesses is so important; otherwise, the only option we have is McDonald's. I appreciate local farms, but I don't agree with the impact that McDonald's has had on farming practices. This is the kind of small business that truly earns your support.

I arrived at Clear Lake hearing stories about its negative aspects, such as slow service, mediocre food, and an uninviting atmosphere. However, when our group of 12 visited on a Friday night, we experienced service that exceeded all expectations. The food was surprisingly good, much better than what I had anticipated. While I'm not particularly liberal, I certainly have no regrets about taking home leftovers. I've explored hotel refrigerators for a chance to savor what this kitchen has to offer again. We returned at 2:00 to make sure I could bring some leftovers home. Thank you, El Loro!

You all are wonderful! The food is exceptional. I apologize for not being able to eat that night as my stomach was upset. However, the following day I tried the fish tacos, and they were absolutely delicious!

Eating was great, fast prepared. Quality was amazing. Cheff knows what he's doing.

We had the steak fajitas and they were great! Came out sizzling and fresh. Generous portions as well! Salsa was thin but flavorful. Queso was fabulous
