Pizza Shack - Clear Lake

If I could, I would give them a zero! I called to order a pizza on a Friday at 8 PM, and they close at 8:30 PM. They had already had plenty of time off! When I first called, I got the voicemail, which stated they were closing at 8:30. I called back a moment later and was told it would take 25 minutes to make a pizza, yet they were supposed to be closing by 8:30. Maybe they should just close at 8 instead? It’s unbelievable how rude they were during our conversation! I will never return, and they’ve lost a loyal customer.

We were driving through the city and decided to take a break. The food (we had burgers) was absolutely delicious, and the two young ladies who served us were very polite and had great attitudes. We also loved the loaded cheese bread. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. We really enjoyed our stop!

We decided to stop by this restaurant, and we were really glad we did! The pizza was amazing, and everyone loved it!

The setting of the people who work here! oh, my God! definitely should not work the customer service. absolutely terrible. for the 1 minute phone call to place an order, I heard more than I did from anywhere else. I'll never eat from there again.
