Starbucks - Clearfield

I honestly don?t think I?ve ever had bad experience with a Starbucks location before this one. They were more worried about the orders in drive thru than inside even though there were quite a few before all the drive thru. Then I have never been questioned on my order when I say I want to add espresso shots telling me there?s already so many in the drink I want more? Well I?m ordering it with extra shots aren?t I? Then I order no whip and the girl put whip on and had to remove it which no biggie but it made it where my drink wasn?t full. We sat there for at least 20 minutes waiting for our drinks and mess up at least 10 drinks while we waited. Definitely won?t be back to this location.

I have received the wrong order multiple times recently. I used to never have issues here, but it seems that the majority of time that I go now- my order is made incorrectly. Frustrating when you have a nut allergy receive a different drink, unsure of what?s even in it. Please be more careful!

The crew that works here is very friendly sometimes it can be a bit of a wait when busy but they do work hard and do their best.

Tell me I pay for the cup I pay for the sleeve for the hot cup of coffee..every single time thru uber don't put sleeves on coffee... then tell uber driver they are on there. So I call and not on to go orders B.S. I pay 6 25 a cup put SLEEVES ON CUP DONT LIE WHEN ASKED by UBER DRIVER. SAY THEY ON WHEN THEY ARE NOT... 120 A WEEK ..LAZY This is constantly... Don't ask me if I request sleeve Stupid had uber driver ask for a reason cause your lazy and coffee always horrible no whip on Mochas ... It comes with Whip Cup comes with Sleeve... Horrible Reviews not just mine...

They can NEVER get my drink order correct. Husband went to get me a drink and even told drive through window that doesn?t look correct. (If made correctly it?s dark not light). Seriously, it?s 9 pumps of chai and NON FAT MILK. Is it THAT HARD? I?m paying over $5 dollars for a drink and it taste like MILK. Come on Starbucks get it together!
