Bidra med feedbackMy family and I have been dining at this restaurant for years. We have never had a bad meal, and I especially appreciate their affordable prices.
We arrived at the restaurant last Friday, 2-9-24, only to find that it was closed and had been sold. It was open the week before and we had been there before, and the food was excellent.
I went with some friends for breakfast after practice and was not sure what to expect. It is a Greek restaurant offering Greek inspired breakfast and traditional American breakfast. I ordered the acropolis omelet with gyro-meat, feta tomatoes... essentially a gyro with eggs instead of pita. It was good, but I'd probably try something else next time. The service was great and there are many parking spaces.
There are 2 family owners and pitches and both are wonderful. I ordered the lemon pepper over rice. It was a large piece of fish and quite delicious, although a little dry. The soups are always good; this night I ate the lemon soup that is available every day. I love it! My server was friendly and about things to pay attention to my lemonade glass so it never ran empty. The owner visits every table to welcome you and thank you for your visit. It is a nice personal note when an owner takes the time to welcome you to the restaurant.
I come to this place to have good food. It reminds me of the house cooking, as it seems that they make a lot of food from scratch. All I tried was good and the part is just enough where I'm not hungry. The Wednesday fried chicken is very good. The beef and the cabbage flour were good. The inside is dated, but it's clean. I'm going for the good food! The people who work there are very nice. You can't find it in a restaurant anymore. I'd like to try the other specials if I can do it these days. Come on, try it as you won? not be disappointed in food.
