Bidra med feedbackI never write reviews but I'm so tired of going to Dunkin Donuts and everything being wrong! We ordered through Uber Eats today and were so disappointed! We were missing both of our drinks, they gave us the wrong donut, the bagels were both completely burnt and just disgusting, as was the snackin bacon which was overwhelmed with pepper and Cinnamon to the point it was inedible. I think I've ordered Dunkin once where the bagels were actually lightly toasted and the snackin bacon had only a small amount of cinnamon and pepper... The way it should be. I'm not sure why all of these Dunkin Donuts are getting it so wrong but it's a shame. They're going to lose a lot of business if they keep going like this. My family and I love eating Dunkin Donuts so I hope they can fix this soon!
Went through the drive thru this morning (2/13/23). The male employee on the microphone was very pushy numerous times. We needed to look over the menu because the store was out of the food item we came for. He began to get rude. Someone else had to come on the microphone to finish the order. We left the store with a negative feeling. Also, the breakfast sandwich one of us ordered (never ordered it before but was force to because of staff not making enough of the breakfast we came for) was horrible and very expensive. She ended up just throwing it away… it was that bad! NO AT ALL A GOOD VISIT!
Older woman who made my drink today handed my drink to my husband with cold foam all over the side while sucking the cold foam off of her fingers on her other hand. I’m sorry but that is just gross. I also have been overcharged several times but never have time to have it fixed. If this wasn’t the only Dunkin on my way to work I wouldn’t come here anymore. Rest of the staff is always awesome and super friendly, I just feel bad when they aren’t staffed appropriately….
Rudest customer services I have experience in years. Talking to each other was more important than paying attention to the client. The order was wrong to the point a had a allergic reaction because they didn't listen....kept saying yes note as they were continuing their conversation. Then forgot to add a coffee and looked at us saying we have to charge you because we forgot to ring it in.
I ordered hash browns and he forgot my order and I waited to see three people get their food before me. The guy at the cash obviously didn't want to be there. Other staff was helpful to get me my order.
