Mcdonald's - Clearwater

The orders are consistently incorrect or missing items. We live just 5 minutes away and are tired of the situation, so we’ve decided to go to either 19 or Dunedin instead. There’s nothing more frustrating than receiving the wrong order every single time.

No matter what mcdonald’s I go, I can only eat her breakfast, every other eat from here never misses me to make sick. I repeat, it is not the place that is bad, it is their food overall. but what can I say, children love it that way. I only order them food and eat elsewhere.

The gentleman who worked in the drive-thru this morning was extremely professional and friendly. As a regular customer, I can honestly say that things have improved significantly here recently. I forgot to catch his name, but he is definitely the best employee I've encountered at this location.

The lady manager is rude and should not be working at a McDonald's. On the other hand, Jerry is remarkable and deserves encouragement and a raise. He provides excellent customer service and understands how to treat customers well.

I go there to this McDonald's maybe like 2 or 3 times a week and they always get the order right and fast thru the drive thru and employees are amazing
