R&k Cafe Ii - Cleburne

For the first time visitors in this beautiful restaurant and we were not disappointed! we went in and sat almost immediately. I noticed that all the waitresses were very helpful and happy to help all customers. the menu has something for everyone and the salatable was very well filled. I had the special of the day that chili lachs garnel, and it was perfectly cooked! my wife had the chicken pig and it was amazing; the land pig was perfect! we finished the meal by sharing a piece of pfirsich cake and it was aaamazing! when we are in the opposite, we come back! definitely recommend to stop and try them if they never have.

Parking lot was full but got seated immediately. Wife and I had catfish special. Catfish were tasty, perfectly fried, great batter, NOT salty; tartar sauce good; salad bar excellent; fresh baked potato; plus cake for dessert. Good value for $10.99. Wait staff friendly, attentive pleasant. Wife did not like her potatoes, which were 1” chunks with onions.

Service is good. Food is good. Only complaint is that they over price a bit. I paid $9 for a breakfast that is $6 elsewhere. And I asked for sausage and bacon and the server told me they couldn't do that.

Food was decent diner food with inexpensive prices. It took a little bit of a wait to get coffee refills, but they were relatively busy when we went in. I like that they offer turkey bacon as an option. Will be back when in need of a Cleburne diner spot.
