Sweet Spot Bakeshop - Clemson

One of my favorite spots in Clemson. They have great soups- cream of mushroom is my favorite, salads try the pecan, cranberry salad with chicken), and sandwiches cannot go wrong with the roasted chicken and pesto grilled cheese). On top of great meal options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, try their great pastries! I haven't had one I didn't like, but the chocolate croissants, danishes, and cinnamon rolls have a special place in my heart and on my hips). I love that they use many locally grown ingredients that are fresh and have many organic offerings. Their gluten free options are great for those with Celiac disease or gluten sensitivities! Vegetarians, look no further for a variety of options on their menu including seasonal flat breads, soups, and salads. There's something here for everyone to enjoy.

Delicious baked treats and the owner is so beautiful! We had a large group in a relatively small place and she was so courteous and even brought out cookies for waiting.

This is a must in Clemson. I know the intersection sucks there, but the food here is worth it! The cupcakes are light on the small side, but have a perfect moist center, structured crown and not too sweet icing. You can taste the ingredients wonderfully. So I went back to dinner the other night. I grilled the Portobello mushroom and loved it. The basil was fresh and a great addition to the sandwich. I know the parking lot is a pain, but just park by McDonald's and go over. Problem solved. Now you have no excuses for not eating quality food.

Hits the sweet spot! Cupcakes are very flavorful, and everything is all natural, so they aren't overly sweet. Gigi and the team are fantastic. I have decided to have them cater an event in a couple of weeks, and I know my guests will be so impressed by the food. Will be back for dinner this weekend great specials! My new favorite place.

Everything I’ve tried here has been fantastic. The scones are even better than the ones my British grandma used to make. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly. They surprised me with a blueberry bun and a candle for my wife's birthday breakfast. Wonderful people and delicious food!
