It's Just Wings - Clermont

Unable to order in person at store. Not everyone uses credit cards, online pay apps and such. Guess cash is useless in big cities

Ordered 16 wings which includes curly fries and ranch. Did not get fries, only wings with blue cheese. Wife called twice to get it fixed and server acted like she had no idea fries were included online. Really sad how average the food was and how poor service is. Chili's might want to get them out of their restaurant.

The food is ALWAYS amazing. My only request is when they are doing delivery orders if they could seal the bags tightly.

Delayed my order by an hour and apparently didn’t store my wings anywhere warm? They arrived cold and when I called, they told me to to contact DoorDash who then gave me $5 credits. Mmmm no, sorry. I need a full refund or a new order that’s temped correctly. I have no way of knowing how long this food has been lying out and ServSafe qualifies that as spoiled and unsafe to eat. Let’s fix this please.

I was convinced to order from this restaurant, and I can already say I will be a returning and loyal customer! The boneless wings are actually like wings and come generously coated in your choice of sauce. The service was fast, they're open late, and the combo offers great value for the price.
