Ruby Tuesday - Clermont

Love their salad bar and their great food specials. We like coming here. The food is very good.

EVERY TIME I eat at this RT I leave satisfied. The Manager Edrick overheard me telling my favorite bartender/waiter Benjamin I once had to send my dish back twice at another RT and was a bit apprehensive about ordering my favorite Beef Tips Deconstructed Kabob... Benjamin and Edrick have made sure I am satisfied every time I come in as I now exclusively order that dish at least a couple times a week...great dish for a great deal.

I want to take the time to acknowledge Mr. Edrick Williams, GM at the Ruby Tuesdays in Clermont , Fla. My wife and I have been regular customers here for the past seven years, and know of the history. Prior to Covid, this location was thriving and I would rate them a five star site. After the Covid journey, the food industry took a plunge, and some restaurants have yet to recover. Ruby Tuesdays here in Clermont took a nose dive, and was on life support for some time. We still came here and agonized with the slow transition to stay open . I am pleased to report that since the arrival of Mr. Williams the Phoenix has risen. What a pleasure dining at Ruby’s again. Since his arrival, we have noticed a tremendous turn around in food quality, taste, and service. It’s obvious to us that Mr. Williams leads by example, and I wonder if he ever sleeps.! He seems to be there all the time, and his efforts are being felt and recognized. I gave them four stars for now, however, the improvements being made will rate a five star soon. Mr. Williams is a consummate professional and takes care of his patrons. It’s obvious to me that his staff truly cares for him, because the strive to excel. With this type of atmosphere , this location will soon return to its glory days and in my opinion will exceed all expectations. Well done Mr. Williams, you are an amazing young man , an asset to The Brand and a testament to humanity. Bravo Sir, from a pleased Patron. The manager and our server Taylor are beyond incredible. They actually had a conversation with us and made eating at this establishment the best experience someone could ask for. Make sure to ask for Taylor when you come in she is the best.
