Captain D's - Cleveland

The shrimps ordered and were hot. That was okay for me, but too hot for my guests. The fried fish also tasted good, but it was too fat. The service was great

Stopped here on my travel to louisiana and food was great and customer service was fantastic consuelo waited on me and brought food to my table she was very pleasant also KJ was very pleasant while cleaning dining area he stopped several times to see if i needed anything else ,dining atea very clean ,thanks to the captain d's crew for being there

I was very satisfied with the service as well as the food here. The cashier who took my order was so friendly and so nice. I'll be returning Everytime in back in the area. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Great food.

I only wanted ice, but while there one employee asked the manager who he had working with him. When it was discovered that there wouldn 't be anyone else, the cook replied, I got your back man and the outgoing manager stated, I won 't leave you hanging either . What an awesome atmosphere this kind of attitude presents! Way to go!
