Domino's Pizza - Cleveland

The worst decision they made was outsourcing to a call center. I've been trying to call and place an order for over half an hour, but I can't even get through. Every time I call, I hear that the call will be recorded, and then there's just silence. I waited on hold in silence for 3 minutes! I've been experiencing this issue repeatedly, and it's really not worth the wait.

This restaurant is fantastic! Every time I place an order, the food arrives hot and fresh. The staff is excellent, and the manager is very friendly. They all put in a great effort—kudos to store 3586! The new manager, Melanie, has truly transformed the place.

I had a terrible experience with the service. The automated system was completely dysfunctional. After finally reaching a person who took my order, I was placed on hold. I ended up calling back to reorder, only to be put on hold again. When I called to confirm my pickup on my way there, the person who answered informed me that they were now closed. When I tried to explain the situation, he hung up on me. I called back to ask if he had disconnected the call, and he apologized, saying the line went dead, but then he hung up again. It was a dreadful experience. I would recommend going to the nearby Papa John's instead; I found it to be cheaper as well.

Don't try and call and order. You cannot talk to anyone in the store anymore. You either talk to a call center that you can hardly understand or use their app. They deliver to my address but if you try and order automated or talk to the service centerthey say I'm not serviceable. I have never had them not deliver only a couple miles away. Very sad our country has come toeither automated phone or call centers. I will no longer eat domino's. I'll cook pizza for my family.

Dont eat here! Me and my 2 kids ate here last Thursday for dinner and we ALL 3 were sick to our stomach for the whole next day. My 3 year old woke up at 4 am throwing up all morning. The food wasnt good, cold, tasteless and not worth a penny we paid forit. If i hadnt been in a hurry to get to our prior engagement i wouldnt have even eaten it.
