Floods Urban Seafood - Cleveland

Hey guys, I really can't leave a full review because I have only been twice and it was to meet my brother to pick something up. He loves working there and says the pay is good. He left the cheese cake factory so I'm assuming it's a much better feeling for him. I have not eaten or have had any drinks. Both times I went it was pretty dead. They could use better decor to spruce up the place. Could also use BETTER lighting. Could barely see the place off the street. The few staff that I did meet were cool! The place seems clean and in order. The kitchen was really clean as well. That's impressive! important! I will go back to try the food because the menu looks promising. Then I will leave another review.

Great restaurant I just wish they would answer the phone

Establishment was very unprofessional. The workers were Smoking weed, and arguing on the phone. I waited almost an hour for 2 dinners that tasted horrible. Orange roughy and lamb chops were not seasoned at all and the fries were cold. I will never go back. Most ghetto unprofessional place. I was very unhappy. The food used to taste good and it wasn’t like that. Wasted $60. Never again

We ordered 2 orders of cajan muscles, 1 purch platter, 1 shrimp and grits, 3 orders of garlic bread. 1 order of shrimp alfrado.They could not fry for some reason, so purch platter was out.The shrimp Alfredo was dry, there was no sauce. There was only one order of muscles. That order was too salty, the muscles were old and fishy tasting, they came with no broth.We chose a baked fish platter which reportable included 1lb of fish. But there was 1 and 1/2 pieces of fish. The Cole Slaw also was missing.We only received one order of the 3 orders of garlic bread.This was the worse culinary experience I have ever had. I will NEVER eat here again.

THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD THEY THINK EVERYONE IS DRUNK TALK TO U WITH SOOO MUCH DISRESPECT IM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE WE HAVE TO DO BETTER FOR PPL OF COLOR.....
