Happy's Pizza - Cleveland

I never received my order. I left special instructions to have it delivered on the veranda, but those instructions were ignored. When the delivery came in a black and white car, the driver mistakenly delivered it to a house down the street. They also don't answer their phone. I won't be paying for food I didn't receive, and I plan to contact the company about this issue.

I’ve only been here once, but this place is really underrated. While people might order other items from the menu, I can definitely say that their pizza is fantastic.

I just ordered the chicken tsarte lunch special and the steak philly sandwich lunch special the chicken teeth were good, but the steak philly was terrible I asked for mayo she didn't set any mayo there was a very dry sandwich and there were massive pieces of raw green paprika there was more paprika and wobble then there was meat

I am very disappointed. I paid for a mid-shot on the website, but when I went to pick it up—thinking it should be ready—they were closed!

I ordered this on door dash before and it was great. I ordered directly from the store the second time and it was horrible. We picked up our pizza and wings. Wings are okay, not the best but still good. The pizza had no pizza sauce on it! We called and notified them and they said their driver was going to pick it up and bring a fresh one but they didn’t have our address. We called back and explained the situation again and they didn’t believe us and wanted pictures. We had enough run around and decided to take it back up there. They gave us another pizza which was okay. They also sent us home with a free two liter of pink lemonade? We won’t be returning customers. I honestly won’t ever recommend this place either. That’s just horrible customer service.
