Ihop - Cleveland

That was the worst IHOP we've ever visited! We waited half an hour for our food, and it was only lukewarm when it finally arrived. Our waitress, Brianna, was nowhere to be found most of the time. I had to flag down another waitress just to get our bill. When Brianna finally came by, she seemed more concerned about rushing us out than providing good service. To make matters worse, the bill included an automatic tip that the service certainly did not warrant! I am extremely dissatisfied! I've tried to contact the restaurant but haven’t been able to reach anyone. It's utterly ridiculous! If I could, I would give negative stars!

I was feeling hungry, so I decided to stop by this restaurant. Unfortunately, it looked like it needed some attention. I was hesitant to go in because the atmosphere was a bit off; some of the customers were quite loud and aggressive, which made me feel uneasy. It was as if the place lacked any sort of control over the noise and behavior. The dining experience reminded me of a scene where people were eating while negotiating something uncomfortable. The food was just average, but our waitress was very sweet and friendly.

I would give no stars if that were an option (I had to give 1 star to submit this review). My friend and I visited your restaurant yesterday and encountered a long line of customers, but no one acknowledged us while we waited in the lobby. There was no greeting or indication that we would be helped soon, which reflects a complete lack of basic customer service. I strongly encourage you to train your employees to recognize and confirm customers as they arrive. This experience led us to choose Applebee's instead, where we were greeted immediately upon entering. Thank you.

Oktober 2022: the family was hungry wanted to stop a place for a quick bite. I proposed ihop as they specialize in pancakes. I hadn't been in one of their restaurants in a few years and thought why they didn't try? we wanted to order some smoothies, but they were from the ingredients to make them, so we are for milkshakes. we ordered the kinderburger meal, a pancake meal, and 2 French toast meals. the food was over portioning, but we did not know that before the order. positiw: the waitress was friendly and tried her best to make our experience pleasant. the total service was okay. not fast, not slow. restaurant seemed clean. the tables and floors looked clean. the toilet was in good condition. eating was okay, but not stellar. the French toast was made with 2 super discs from Texas toast. too much for a person. negatiw: the prices were reasonable. everything came to $49.10 for a group of four. we paid cash to her $100 bill a dimm. our change came back screwed up. she gave me $50.90 I wanted to avoid the coins, but no matter that the coins were part of their tip. Conclusion: I would like to give this place a 3.5 star rating, but not in the position to rate in dezimals. it is not a true 3, but not a 4 either. only a good restaurant. I would come back, but I have no hurry to do so. Kindness: they offered me crownings and a coloring page for my children while waiting for our orders. they also have high chairs for small children park: a lot of parking, especially when you look at the surrounding shopping areas. parking should never be a problem for this place.

Stopped in for breakfast while on a weekend trip and got seated within a few minutes of walking in. There was only one waitress working at the time, it was early, probably before 0730. The waitress was fantastic. She was efficient, friendly and for as busy as she was she did not act as though she was stressed or upset that she was by herself like most people would being in her place. I've worked in the restaurant business and have personally witness how most act when they get as busy as she was and she did phenomenal. The food came out fast and it was exactly as we ordered it. Very happy with our stop here and would definitely recommend stopping by this restaurant for a meal! Kudos to the waitress for doing such an outstanding job...I wish I knew her name to recognize her but unfortunately I don't.
